Staffzilla was born in 2021 with one simple aim..  To bring energy, honesty, and real results back into recruitment.

After years working in the industry, our Managing Director Daniel Weston saw too many agencies treating people like numbers and speed over quality. With a passion for doing things differently, he set out to build a recruitment business that puts people first, whether you're hiring or job hunting.

Daniel brought with him a wealth of experience, a no-nonsense attitude, and a deep understanding of what makes recruitment work: strong relationships, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to finding the right fit.

Since day one, we've grown fast, but we’ve stayed true to our roots. We’re hands-on, straight-talking, and always moving. From warehouse shifts to senior hires, we work hard, move fast, and deliver every time.
